Orders: Customers must place their orders in advance, either in person or over the phone, and provide all necessary details such as quantity, flavor, design, delivery date and time, etc.
Payment: Customers are required to make a 50% advance payment to confirm their order. The balance amount must be paid at the time of delivery or pickup. The bakery accepts cash or digital payments such as UPI, Paytm, etc.
Cancellation and refund policy: Any cancellations or changes to an order must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. In case of cancellation, the advance payment will be refunded only if the bakery is notified within the stipulated time. No refund will be given for cancellations made after the deadline.
Delivery: The bakery provides delivery services within a certain radius for an additional fee, which varies depending on the distance and order size. Customers can also choose to pick up their orders from the bakery at the agreed time.
Quality and freshness: The bakery uses only fresh and high-quality ingredients to prepare its products. The bakery guarantees that its products are fresh and free from any defects at the time of delivery or pickup. Any quality issues must be reported to the bakery within 2 hours of delivery or pickup.
Allergies and dietary restrictions: The bakery may not be able to accommodate all allergies or dietary restrictions, and customers are responsible for checking the ingredients of the products before placing an order.
Liability: The bakery is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the consumption of its products or any other activities related to the order, including but not limited to delivery, pickup, or customization.
Disputes and complaints: Any disputes or complaints must be reported to the bakery immediately, and the bakery will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of the customer.
Intellectual property: The bakery owns all the intellectual property rights related to its products, including but not limited to designs, recipes, logos, and trademarks. Customers may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any of the bakery's intellectual property without prior written consent.
Governing law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Timeliness: The bakery will make every reasonable effort to deliver or have the order ready for pickup at the agreed time. However, the bakery is not responsible for delays or other issues caused by factors beyond its control, such as traffic, weather, or equipment malfunction.
Packaging: The bakery will provide appropriate packaging for the products to ensure that they are delivered or picked up in good condition. However, the bakery is not responsible for any damage caused to the products after they have left the bakery's premises.
Storage: The bakery is not responsible for the storage of the products after they have been delivered or picked up. Customers are responsible for storing the products in a suitable environment, such as a refrigerator or freezer, to maintain their quality and freshness.
Force majeure: The bakery is not liable for any delays or failures to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
Modifications: The bakery reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to check the bakery's website or inquire about any changes to the terms and conditions before placing an order.
Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold the bakery and its employees harmless from any damages, losses, or expenses arising from their breach of these terms and conditions, or from their use of the bakery's products or services.
Confidentiality: The bakery will keep all customer information and order details confidential, and will not share them with any third parties without the customer's consent, except as required by law or to fulfill the order.
Feedback: The bakery welcomes customer feedback and suggestions for improving its products and services. Customers may provide feedback through the bakery's website, email, or social media channels.
